The Monroe- Rosebank

For this project, we collaborated with a developer to create a home away from home. Since this space was going to be used for lodging by business people and families on vacation, our focus was to provide a homely feel with a distinct sense of sophistication and a contemporary design that appealed to a broad audience.

Our choice of light colours, textures and furniture made the most of the sunlight coming through the large windows and doors to open up the space. The decor decorations provide a look and feel that separates the unit from being the same as any other accommodation guests may have visited before.
