The Capital On The Park- Sandton

Following this project’s brief, we created a sophisticated, modern and uncluttered space that would act as an eye-catching Airbnb.

With the freedom to propose our own ideas and colour palettes, we went with alluring shades of burnt orange, tobacco brown, and dark grey with tints of gold for our colour scheme. This combination creates a unisex look with masculine browns and greys as well as pops of orange that bring a feminine touch. 

In transforming this unit from the ground up, we added curtains throughout, a table with chairs and a custom-cut grey mirror backsplash to the kitchen, a custom-made couch and TV unit to the lounge and a floating dressing table, a headboard, scatter cushions and wallpaper that acted as an accent wall to the bedroom. 

Together these elements create a contemporary, up-market feeling that offers comfortable and practical living for up to two people.
