We were appointed to complete the interior design and décor for a collection of short-term rental apartments at One Rosebank. Each unit was designed with its own distinct identity while maintaining a cohesive, modern aesthetic throughout the development.

The brief focused on creating stylish, functional spaces that would stand out on rental platforms while offering guests a comfortable, elevated living experience. Through the use of layered textures, statement headboards, feature wallpapers, curated décor, and carefully selected colour palettes, each apartment was transformed into a warm and visually memorable space.

From bold contemporary interiors to softer, neutral schemes, every apartment was thoughtfully styled to maximise both visual impact and everyday practicality. The final result is a collection of sophisticated, design-led apartments that blend comfort, personality, and modern city living.
