At 5401 Midstream, the client envisioned a modern, high-end home that balances everyday comfort with refined design. In response, we created a layered, open-plan interior filled with tactile materials, sculptural lighting, and considered contrasts. The dining space features a bold stone table surrounded by plush velvet seating, while the adjacent living area pairs rich leather armchairs with striking patterns and curated ceramics. Full-height glass doors invite natural light and create effortless indoor-outdoor flow—perfect for entertaining or relaxed family living.

The client’s brief called for spaces that feel both elegant and personal. Throughout the home, we used custom textures, slatted wood detailing, and contemporary furnishings to bring that vision to life. Soft monochrome rugs, graphic accents, and minimalist media units deliver a cohesive, curated aesthetic. The result is a timeless, tailored interior that reflects modern South African living at its best—bold, functional, and beautifully considered.
