The Parks- riversands

This unit was decorated for a showcase at the Home Décor Expo 2021. The brief was for each designer to uncover what inspired them and to bring it to life. Simone’s concept was to inspire and encourage people to slow down and look inward and to assess what they are trading their lives for.  

To achieve a sense of calm cosiness, the choice of colour and materials made use of neutral, soft shades that allow the eye to rest. The combination of natural textures and fabrics ensures the design is exciting. The custom pieces that we designed and manufactured are simple but have intricate details that highlight their distinctiveness like the detailed grooves on the tv unit.
